Drinking well now and will improve for a further 10 years.

A single-estate, sparkling English rosé from the wonderful 2018 vintage. With its golden, salmon-pink hue, this 100% Pinot Noir is bursting with delightful aromas of strawberries and cream, English apples, fresh red cherries and rhubarb crumble. Fragrant and beautifully fresh, racy acidity is complimented by a dosage of 11g/l  to create an elegant, balanced core. It’s soft, creamy mousse and four years on the lees give a traditional autolytic character and beautiful mouthfeel to this fruit-driven rosé.

Perfect with a wide selection of savoury canapés and h’ors d’oeuvres
