Rondo and Pinot Noir combine to create this soft pink delicate rosé – in the vineyard we leaf stripped around the fruiting zone to create optimal ripeness and balance. In the winery we destemmed the fruit on arrival and straight into the press, there it received a gentle press to extract only the best juice with minimal skin contact.

Aroma – red apple, summer fruits, cranberry and red current

Taste – red apple, citrus zest, cranberry, great balance

Serve – best served chilled – 10 minutes out of a standard fridge

Food pair – delicious on its own, but a great pair with spicy food and cheeses
