From a single-vineyard walled garden estate, the 2023 White Sparkling Vintage Cuvée is an extraordinary blend of Chardonnay and Seyval-Blanc. Wonderfully fresh with lively acidity and enticing flavours of apple tart, lemon zest and a delicate creaminess. With five years of lees ageing, this wine exudes finesse with sumptuous toasty notes, hazelnut and pastry dough.
